Customer care administration assistant vacancy:

We are hiring a customer care administration assistant on a part time basis for our office in Armthorpe, Doncaster.

Experience required:

  • Previous construction office experience essential
  • Customer care in the new build sector essential/preferred
  • Good knowledge of excel

Duties:

  • Logging customer care issues on the system and emailing to the customer care manager
  • Updating customer care files
  • Dealing with new building compliance documents – training will be given
  • General office duties to assist the office and commercial manager
  • Purchasing of office and site refreshments
  • Ordering office stationery

  • Organised and works well within a small team
  • Can take instructions
  • Good telephone manner
  • Approachable and willing to be a team member

Package:

  • 16 hours per week
  • Statutory holiday pay, paid on a pro-rata basis
